How do I know which size of lifting belt or apparel to order?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. For lifting belts, please measure around your navel rather than using your pant size to ensure a secure and supportive fit.
What is the typical shipping time for heavy gym equipment?
Standard accessories ship within 3-5 business days. For heavy equipment like racks or plates, shipping typically takes 7-14 business days via freight, and you will receive a tracking number once the pallet leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping for Shaw Strength products?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country's regulations, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy for used fitness gear?
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we only accept returns on items in new, unused condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Used chalk, wraps, or worn apparel cannot be returned.
Are Shaw Strength products covered by a warranty?
All our hardware and strength equipment come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use or storage.
